Pioneering performance since 1993
Creatine monohydrate has been a cornerstone of athletic supplementation for over three decades. Since 1993 it has collected more research than almost anything else on the shelf.
It is one of the most studied supplements in the world, with over 500 preclinical and clinical studies on strength, power and lean mass. We kept the formula honest and made the powder finer.
What to expect
Your muscles begin storing creatine.
The last reps feel a little lighter.
At 5 g a day, muscle stores reach their ceiling.
Track your progress, restock, keep going.
With about 5 g a day, muscle stores typically saturate in roughly 3–4 weeks. Results depend on your training, nutrition and sleep.
01 / How it works
Your muscles run on ATP, the fuel for short, heavy efforts. Phosphocreatine recharges it in seconds, but those stores are small and drain fast. That is why the last reps hurt the most. Five grams a day tops the tank off.
*Kreider et al., 2017, Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
More energy available for short, heavy efforts. A couple of extra reps, week after week, turns into progress.
Creatine draws water into the muscle fiber. Paired with resistance training, it supports lean mass gains.
Phosphocreatine recharges faster between sets, so you reach the next set with more in the tank.
Why Classic
Monohydrate is the most studied form of creatine, used in sport since 1993 and backed by 500+ studies.

A finer powder that mixes easier and leaves less residue at the bottom of the glass.

Every scoop adds 25 mg of AstraGin®, a root extract blend of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng.

02 / The label
Creatine monohydrate and AstraGin®. That is the whole panel. No proprietary blend hiding the real dose, and nothing added to pad the scoop.
03 / The numbers
Servings in every tub, 5.1 g each.
Creatine monohydrate per scoop.
AstraGin® in every serving.
About what one serving costs at $20.
04 / How to use

One level scoop (5.1 g). Use the scoop that comes in the tub.

Stir it into water, juice or your protein shake. It is unflavored, so it will not change the taste.

Training day or rest day. The time does not matter. Consistency fills the tank.
Take about 20 g a day (4 scoops), split through the day, for 5 to 7 days. Then go back to 1 scoop daily. You fill the tank in about a week instead of three or four.
